Screenshot of Unrealised Strength

Manh is a Perth-based powerlifting athlete and coach. He builds his client base through local gyms, but that model has a ceiling - the gym sets the rates. He wanted to add online coaching to his offering: a way to leverage his expertise beyond what the gym allows and grow income without those limits.

He had ambitious plans but needed to spread the investment over time for cashflow. Rather than building everything at once, we mapped out a five-phase plan: establishing an online presence, building authority, adding bookings and payments, layering in automation, and eventually a custom tool that will truly differentiate his business. Each phase rolls out when Manh is ready for it.

The strategic work started before a line of code was written. Manh came with a samurai-themed logo and no copy. We refined the logo for screen - producing both square and flat formats - and drafted the initial copy after working through his positioning together. We also took the decision to acquire two domains: the business name, and Manh’s own name. His name is the primary brand. For a coach, you’re selling yourself first. Unrealised Strength is the vehicle, not the destination.

The design follows the lead of that samurai logo: dark, Japanese-influenced, and professional.
